YEARLY PASS NOTES

The IC Yearly pass is valid for 1 year. It is available for foreigners who are living in Dhaka on a short-term contract, and who are employed by NGOs, schools, missionary organizations or internship programmers. Foreigners holding “no visa required” status are not eligible. This is a single membership.

A Yearly Pass holder does not have voting rights at the Club. They may use all facilities of the Club and may sign in a maximum of 7 guests per month. Bills may be signed up to a maximum of $300 (the deposited amount). Accumulated bills will be issued in the first week of each month and must be paid by the end of the issuing month.

Yearly Pass holders are required to make an annual contribution towards Duty Free goods of $150.

Note: Food and Beverage, regular sports activities, club party events and private party spending in a month is counted towards eligible minimum spend. In the event of member not meeting the minimum spend or falling short, short fall amount will be added to members monthly membership bill.

If a member spends minimums as per above each month, there is NO minimum spend charge.

Fees paid towards activities conducted by thirdparties (example Yoga or Zumba classes) are not counted for minimum spend. Payments can be made by credit/debit card (Visa, Master, Amex), or by Cheque made payable to International Recreation Club Ltd.
